General conditions governing the use of our transfer services.

By making a booking through our website or by any other means, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. Transfers Algarvestar reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.
Transfers Algarvestar provides private transfer services between Faro Airport and destinations in the Algarve, Lisbon and Seville. The service includes transport in the selected vehicle, luggage assistance and flight monitoring.
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. After submission, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the travel voucher. The booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of that email.
Prices shown are fixed and include all applicable taxes. Payment can be made online (PayPal / card) or in cash to the driver. In the case of cash payment, the full amount must be handed over at the start of the journey.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee. To cancel, contact us via email or WhatsApp with the booking reference.
Transfers Algarvestar is not responsible for delays due to unforeseeable traffic conditions, strikes, adverse weather conditions or other factors beyond its control. The customer is responsible for providing correct information at the time of booking.
Each passenger may carry one check-in bag and one carry-on bag. Excess luggage must be communicated at the time of booking. The company is not responsible for items left in vehicles.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Faro, Portugal.
